Step 1, complete the core account setup

Before you touch the website or forms, make sure the account basics are real and complete.

Go to Settings → Business InfoAdd business name, address, website URL, time zone, logo, and the public contact details you want clients to see. Go to Settings → Phone NumbersConnect the number you want the account to use for texts, calls, reminders, and missed call text-back. Go to Settings → Integrations → GoogleConnect your Google Business Profile if you want reviews and Google-connected features working properly. Go to Calendars → Book an AppointmentSet real availability, hours, appointment length, team member assignment, and your live booking link.

Open DashboardThen go to Settings → Business Info. Open IntegrationsAfter the dashboard loads, go to Settings → Integrations → Google. Open Calendar SetupAfter the dashboard loads, go to Calendars → Book an Appointment.

Do this first. If your core details are wrong, the website, emails, and workflows will all inherit the wrong information.

Step 2, connect your domain and clean up live links

Growth includes a real website, so domain and link cleanup matter more here than they do in Essentials.

Go to Settings → DomainsConnect your current domain, or purchase one first if you do not have one yet. Open your website and booking linksMake sure CTA buttons point to real live pages, not edit links or placeholder destinations. Check footer linksConfirm homepage, contact, privacy, terms, booking, and social links all load correctly.

Open Domain SettingsAfter the dashboard loads, go to Settings → Domains. Open Enodrop.comUse this to compare how finished public links should feel.

Use public URLs only. Clients should never land on internal admin or edit links.

Step 3, personalize your workflows

Growth Suite includes more automations, so this is where generic template copy can cause real confusion if it is left untouched.

Go to Automation → WorkflowsOpen each workflow one at a time and review the trigger, timing, and message steps before turning anything on. Edit all SMS and email contentReplace business name, booking links, service names, sender details, subject lines, and any bracket placeholders. Review internal notificationsMake sure lead, form, and intake notifications go to the correct internal email address. Leave any risky reactivation flow off until readyOnly turn on database reactivation after you fully understand the message and audience.

Open WorkflowsAfter the dashboard loads, go to Automation → Workflows. Open Ask AIUse Ask AI only after you review the workflow message manually and know what you want it to improve.

Review first, automate second. Clients should read the structure before trusting it.

Step 4, update your consultation and intake forms

Growth should have both a consultation form and an intake form. These should match the real business, not generic demo questions.

Go to Sites → Forms → Consultation Request FormUpdate service choices, consent text, business name, thank-you copy, and notification routing. Go to Sites → Forms → New Client Intake FormRemove anything that does not apply, update service/intake questions, and make the wording fit the business. Preview and submit both formsRun a test submission and confirm the follow-up automation and notifications work.

Open FormsAfter the dashboard loads, go to Sites → Forms. See a live contact page exampleUse this to remember how clean a client-facing page should feel.

Every form should have real consent text. Broken or empty forms are not snapshot-ready.

Step 5, update the website pages and client-facing content

This is where the Growth plan starts to feel like a real brand instead of a template.

Go to Sites → WebsitesOpen the website editor and update Home, About, Services, Contact, FAQ, Gallery, and any supporting pages with real content. Replace placeholder images and copyAdd the real logo, staff photos, service descriptions, testimonials, and booking calls to action. Update policies and contact detailsCheck privacy policy, terms, footer details, email, address, and phone number. Preview on mobile and desktopMake sure the design and links still work when you switch view sizes.

Open WebsitesAfter the dashboard loads, go to Sites → Websites. Open LabsAfter the dashboard loads, open Labs only if you are intentionally testing an experimental feature.

Growth is website-ready. That means copy quality, navigation, and visual trust matter here.

Step 6, finish launch QA, payments, and templates

Now that the site and forms are ready, run the final checks that make Growth launch-ready.

Go to Sites → FunnelsUpdate and test the lead funnel, page links, thank-you step, and any connected form or calendar. Go to Marketing → Emails → TemplatesUpdate logo, sender details, colors, social links, and any remaining placeholders in email templates. Go to Payments / StripeConnect Stripe if you plan to use invoicing or text-to-pay and run a live or test payment check. Run final end-to-end testingTest the form, workflow, website, booking, payment, and follow-up journey from start to finish.

Open FunnelsAfter the dashboard loads, go to Sites → Funnels. Open Email TemplatesAfter the dashboard loads, go to Marketing → Emails → Templates. Book Call For HelpUse your onboarding support calendar if you want a final review before launch.

Do one full client-style test. Pretend you are the buyer and move through the whole journey yourself.
